Host a Private Candle-Making Party

Gather your favorite people and create something together! 1808 Candle Company’s private candle-making parties are a fun, hands-on experience brought directly to you. Parties can be hosted in your home or at a venue of your choice, and I provide everything needed for your candle-making experience.

Private parties require a minimum of 6 participants and a maximum of 20. Pricing varies depending on the candle vessel selected for your event.

Choosing Your Candle Vessel

Because specialty vessels are ordered specifically for each party and purchased in bulk, vessel selections are made in groups of 10. Parties of up to 10 participants will select one vessel style. Larger parties may select additional vessel styles for each additional group of 10.

For example, a party of 20 may choose one vessel for the entire group or choose two different vessels with 10 participants making each style.

This allows me to offer unique and seasonal candle vessels without requiring every individual guest to choose from separate designs.

Booking & Payment

Private parties must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance.

Once your date, guest count, and vessel selection are confirmed, payment can be arranged in one of two ways:

• Individual Registration: I’ll create a private party link where each guest can register and pay for their own candle.

• Host-Paid Party: If you’d like to treat your guests, I can create a separate payment option allowing the host to pay for the entire party.

All payments must be completed no later than 3 weeks before the event date. This deadline allows me enough time to order your vessels and supplies and ensure everything arrives in time for your party.

Group discounts are not currently offered, as pricing is based on the vessel and supplies selected for the event.
