Private Candle Bar Class

We are now open for private parties. Host your own candle class for a girl's day in, bridal shower, baby shower, birthday; etc. Candle classes are perfect for any occasion. 

* Must have min of 6 people and no more than 10.  If you have a group more than 10, we can make accommodations. I currently only have enough pitchers/equipment for 10 but we can rotate groups.  

* Your class must decide on 1 vessel choice. 

* Booking must be made 3 weeks in advance; this ensures all supplies arrive on time. 

* 1/2 of your total party must be paid at the time of booking as a deposit to hold your date. Your date will not be held until the deposit is paid. The other half can be paid the week of the event. Each individual: can pay for their spot in full or partial payment, or the host can pay the deposit. We are flexible, just let us know what works for you. 

* If Travel exceeds a 35-mile radius from Charlestown; In a $20 travel fee will be required. 

* All participants must sign a liability waiver to participate

*All participants must be 13yrs of age or above. (Not meant for small children) 

*Bookings are done on Sat or Sundays for a 2p-4p slot or a 4p-6p slot.

* Classes are hosted at your location, or location provided by you. We are a mobile candle bar. Please accommodate your own seating. 

*We need a place to set up near an electric outlet for our candle warmer, and other equipment.

*We use a luxury wax, Coconut/Apricot wax and Cedar crackling wood wicks. If you require a different wax or wicks please let us know. Pricing may have a slight difference. 

*Candle Vessels will vary, depending on availability, and season. In other words, vessel offerings may change month to month. 

*Parties last for 2hrs

*Party Host will receive 10% off their candle

*Take your Candle that day
